Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. KickTrip 2026 works without sign-up or login. Language, saved places and itinerary items are stored on your device.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Core host city guides, match schedule, stadium information, POIs and fan zones are bundled with the app. Network access is used for optional refreshed data, splash placements, banners and external maps.
Why does the app open Maps?
Direction buttons hand off to your system map app with the destination pre-filled. KickTrip 2026 does not need to read your current coordinates for this.
What data does the app collect?
The app does not require personal identifiers. We keep anonymous server request logs for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Which languages are supported?
English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese and Hindi in the app. This website is available in English, Chinese and Vietnamese.
Is this an official app?
No. KickTrip 2026 is an independent travel guide by Tech Space and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any tournament organizer, federation or official partner.
How do I delete my data?
Remove local data by uninstalling the app or using Reset in app settings. For server-side log deletion requests, email support@kicktripguide.pro with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
The schedule or venue information looks wrong. What should I do?
Time-sensitive information can change. Verify critical details with official sources, and send corrections to support@kicktripguide.pro.
Is the app free?
Yes. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. The app may show occasional promotional placements from our own backend.
